Silicon Valley Test Workshop Registration Open (Price... Free!)

Workshop includes two tracks, lunch, exhibits and a Happy Hour with free beer, wine and snacks! Wow.

The Silicon Valley Test Workshop will be held on Oct 29th, 2013 at the Santa Clara Biltmore Hotel. This is the fourth year for the workshop and as usual it is fully funded by the exhibitors meaning registration is free. To register now visit www.svtest.com.

This year the keynote will be given by Al Crouch on the subject of, "Testing for Counterfeits, Trojans and IP Theft." Al is the well known chief scientist at Asset Intertech. The invited talk will be on a similar topic, "Strategies for eliminating Counterfeit ICs" by Joe Hold of Integra Tech. Finally the morning session will be wrapped up with a talk on "Cloud Based Testing Service" by Advantest.

After lunch there will be 2 sessions; a SVTest Workshop track (test related) and a PXI Workshop track with papers by various key PXI vendors (Agilent, Chroma, Marvin Test, Adlink and Pickering). On the test side papers will be presented on topics ranging from Strip Test Contactors, Mems probe cards, pSOC testing case studies and more. Craig Soldat is doing a sequel to his well received paper from last year on the topic of VRT or "Variable Retention Time." Title, "VRT: The Memory Test Escape You Can't Escape From!" Come and support this fine workshop. Register now. Ensure that you visit and spend time with the exhibitors who are funding the workshop.
